Stainless steel filter Mesh Description
Anping Chuangyi Hardware Products Co., Ltd. specializes in stainless steel filter mesh. This 304 stainless steel woven mesh is specifically designed for food-contact applications. With wire diameter tolerances controlled within ±0.005 mm to ensure uniform mesh openings, it is suitable for processing flour, sugar, starch, and other dry powdered materials, as well as for the coarse filtration of fruit juices and syrups. The mesh surface is polished to minimize material residue.

Product Advantages

Q: Can this mesh contact food directly?
A: Yes. 304 stainless steel is a common food equipment material. We do not apply harmful coatings. Food-contact documents are available on request.
Q: How do I choose between 60 mesh and 100 mesh?
A: 60 mesh has an opening of about 250 microns. It is suitable for flour and sugar. 100 mesh has an opening of about 150 microns. It is used for finer powders or liquid filtration.
