Anping Chuangyi Hardware Products Co., Ltd. produceert voornamelijk filtergaas van roestvrij staal. Onze corrosiebestendige filtergaas van roestvrij staal is zorgvuldig ontworpen om betrouwbare en langdurige prestaties te leveren voor industriële vloeistoffiltratie. Ze beschikken ook over uitstekende duurzaamheid en herbruikbaarheid, waardoor uw operationele efficiëntie wordt gemaximaliseerd.
Dit filtergaas is gemaakt van hoogwaardig 304/316 roestvrij staal en heeft een uitstekende weerstand tegen roest, oxidatie en zuur-base chemicaliën. Het is zeer geschikt voor zware industriële omgevingen. Het kan langdurige blootstelling aan corrosieve vloeistoffen (inclusief industriële oliën, chemische oplossingen, afvalwater en farmaceutische vloeistoffen) weerstaan zonder degradatie of materiaal lekkage, waardoor de zuiverheid van de gefilterde producten wordt gewaarborgd en downstream apparatuur wordt beschermd.
Dit product is speciaal ontworpen voor industriële vloeistoffiltratie. De uniforme maaswijdte zorgt voor stabiele en efficiënte deeltjesretentie, waardoor onzuiverheden en verontreinigingen effectief worden verwijderd om te voldoen aan strikte verwerkingsnormen. De stevige weefstructuur heeft een hoge sterkte en slijtvastheid, waardoor scheuren, vervorming en verstopping worden voorkomen, zelfs onder hoge stromingssnelheden en hoge drukcondities.
Een van de belangrijke voordelen is de herbruikbaarheid: het gladde en vlakke oppervlak kan de ophoping van vuil voorkomen, en het kan gemakkelijk worden gereinigd door terugspoelen, ultrasone behandeling of eenvoudig spoelen. Na reiniging zal het filtergaas zijn filterefficiëntie volledig herstellen, waardoor de vervangingsfrequentie aanzienlijk wordt verminderd en de langetermijnbedrijfskosten worden verlaagd.
